The purpose of the accountability section is to evaluate the school counseling program through tangible data related to the program deliverables. The accountability section consists of data analysis, program results, as well as evaluation and improvement information.

In order to provide clarity on the 3 types of data (process, perception, and outcome) that are measured in our comprehensive program, we have provided specific examples related to our counseling curriculum.

Results reports:
The Results Reports should be used to evaluate the efficacy of our counseling deliverables (i.e. classroom lessons, small group, and “Closing the Gap” project). The implications provided in this report should inform the larger strategic and programmatic goals of the Budlong administrative team.

School Counselor Performance Evaluation Tool:
This assessment is to be used to evaluate Liza Reed’s performance as part of the comprehensive counseling performance. The tool focuses on Liza’s communication with school administrators, use of data, and prioritization of services provided.
